Karlsvalt Boards
Five Midnight Manias at Karlsvalt Shoping Centre. The ground floor features one that takes 30 slaps is to win a couples animation HUD (pictured below). Another has a "sunflower" prize (30 slaps) and a third gives a "rose" prize (25 slaps). The 2nd floor MMs are also 30 slaps each with one giving a wet t-shirt and jean shorts combo and the other is for a 150-pose Asian-style Love Spa. In the stairwell is a freebie for a black plunge-neck top and ripped shorts.

Wiley Publishing Freebs
Join the Wiley Publishing group, click a couple signs, and you'll have a slew of animations, textures (two of which are No Copy/No Mod), scripts, and sounds. Member or not, you can also get a free Web Display kit, coffee, and a couple jackets (one for Tinies). Interestingly, there is no group joiner. Search for Wiley Publishing.
FYI: Wiley publishes the "... for Dummies" books, and software manuals. A couple signs indicate they are hiring so maybe you can get a free RL job! The build is cool, too, so it is a fun place to visit. Looks like it was made by the industrial architects associated with Kim Anubis, The Magicians. Kim is also the founder of the Wiley Publishing group in Second Life.

Sylva's Animation Factory Daily Special
Sylva's Animation Factory has a Daily Special, a great pose or couple's set that is just L$25 (I haven't seen other prices). Today's set (pictured) regularly sells for L$100. Yesterday's was a very intimate FF cuddle that regularly sells for L$250. I find myself buying two or three, using them as gifts or to set out at the Isle of Lesbos as well as for home. Then I wander the store and drop even more money. Yesterday's "special" cost me some L$2000 once I bought a builder's edition of a pose then several regular sets :::sigh:::
Other specials and some freebies in the middle of the shop. Some animations in the shop are not for the meek or virgins.

Atomic Kitty & Cartoon Kids
Today was Whim Day. Something persuaded me to go to Atomic Kitty when I heard they had a temporary location (SLurl). Like several other shops they are giving out a gift-a-day with boxes under a tree and it's pretty good stuff. The penguin backpack in the pic is one item and I'm tickled that it works so well on Loco Pocos avies, too. The box you see has a sit anim. Nekos will love the tangled-in-the-lights look. Other prizes include clothes, a great waiting-for-Santa cushion (with milk 'n cookies!), and more.
The puppy is an adorable follower pet that I got from a Lucky Chair at Cartoon Kids (SLurl) when I had a notion to jump on a chair call. He rolls around a lot when you move but he greets those that come near you and says cute things when you pet him. Toys, food, and a bed make adopting one easy, if you can fight the crowd at the chair. Pretty good whims I had today.

Animation Override (AO) from LAP
Long Awkward Pose (LAP) has a free Animation Override (AO) for any avatar under 30 days old in Second Life® right as you enter the store (SLurl). Also near the door is a pile of boxes with some really great freebie poses. I used several of these on a modeling job today much to the delight of the photographer (admittedly, my being half nekkid kinda swayed his opinions of everything).

Missing Out
It's great to be able to pop in, grab a freebie, and then zip off to the next one. Time and time again it is better to stay for a few moments and look around for a bit. This proved true again at Tyototsu Farm (SLurl). I grabbed the freebie "veg picking anims" and then looked in the near by store. I found these ... erm ... furniture pieces? Too cute to pass up for L$10 each. I grabbed the Steak (top right) and the desert (bottom left). How Serenity missed these I'll never know.
And right below these treasure is something I really can't believe she missed! A murderous bear!! Murder, blood, mayhem! Oh! The Bearmanity of it all! Should be nice for Halloween, of course. And isn't there someone you would like to see being dragged off by this evil plushie?
Another reason to stay and look is you might spot other freebies. I answered the call to help with a Lucky Fortunes machine at Sugar Mills (SLurl) and found these freebies just hanging on the wall. Sure, they might have been in a previous notice, but I didn't see it. So looking around is good.
Update (a few hours later): The "Food Furniture" are really Wearables, like the sign says (I thought it was an Oops). You can walk around while wearing them. Each box has a "regular" and an "AFK" version. The main difference is the latter has a flag that I'm guessing says AFK, or something like that, in Japanese.
