Albero Gacha Festival

The Albero Gacha Fest started this morning and with great stores like Katat0nik, *mocorin*, Pdiddle, and tons of others here with Gacha as cheap as L$10 make sure you stop by before Oct. 31st to get your gacha goodies ^^ While my favorite has to be the Katat0nik katty purses with the gun and katty doll, i can't get enough of the Halloween juiceboxes from *mocorin* either ^^

Poop Hunt?? Eww!

Yeah that's what I thought.. what a weekend for gross hunts but the Poop hunt on the Festivale sim is oh so worth getting your hands a little dirty over! Some great designers like Gritty Kitty, PIG, and Little Bird just to name a few, and most designers have out a number of lovely poo's out for you. (eww) This one is fairly easy with the poo's and TP pretty easy to find, but you have until Friday Sept. 4th to get those poos so make sure you get them all ( you won't be sorry ^^) Also just outside of Little Bird is a info giver that has a list of all of the poos and locations of each so that you can make sure you got all the ones you want. ^^ (More hunt giftie pics available here.)

Free Love Outfit

Complete free outfit up for grabs at Malizz Yiyuan Creations ( and I mean complete! This one comes with hair and cute rainboots!) Also, lots of camp chairs for full outfits ( with super cute accessories \o/) lucky boards, and tons of other freebies, including Spongebob paisties! Pics of camping outfits available here. This store oozes cuteness, one of my favorites as of late, and everything is soo cheap you can't walk out of there without buying something ^^

New Camp Chairs @ AYY

AYY has some new camp chairs up and they are stuffed to the gills with cute prizes. Each item is set for 60 minutes so bring some friends and sit a spell for some cute things here ^^

Super cute new freckled skin up for 1L @ SkinSane ( we know we all love those freckled skins:P) Also a MM board for a cute tankdress, lucky chair with a selection of very pretty corsets, and to top it all off a whole wall of nice dollarbies and cheapies. Rotten Toe Lucky Chair

Well the lucky chair at Rotten Toe totally hates me but at long last I got both prizes from two wildcards in a row.. my lucky day xD Needless to say it was so worth the wait. Both the tophat and the dress are adorable ^^ The tophat has a resize script making it much much easier to work with than many other versions of these hats that I own, and the dress has so much detail it is a must have ^^ Bring a few friends and stalk this one fo sho :P

New Blog for Shoppers

The Fashion SLurls blog (Web) is actually more of an aggregated list of clothing and fashion stores in Second Life than a commentary source. In addition to listing stores it provides Web links for designers, modeling agencies, fashion blogs, and on-line stores. Worth a look.

New at Lapgirl

Stealth

I am very hard to see when wearing a Nomine Aether - Midnight skin (SLurl), a black leather outfit from Danika Designs (Web), Hydra hair in Midnight from Discord (SLurl), primOptic's Finesse glasses (SLurl), Pirate boots from Illusions (SLurl), a TalTECH Black Thunder black pistol (SLurl), and my beloved eCollar (SLurl) in black leather ... so NO Sneaking into the Isle of Lesbos. I'm there, seen or not.

Paris New York

A fast, 2-minute cycle chair is at Look Inside Home Design (SLurl) with some sort of lounge chair as the usual prize. Nice stuff in this store. Very contemporary. That seems to be the overall design philosophy in the Paris New York sim. A wonderful re-creation of the Eiffel Tower is here (SLurl). One of the best I've seen in Second Life. I'll have to bring my wife sometime and do some kissing. Worth a look even if you don't want the freebies. I spoke with the owner, AnnMarie McCellan, and she is very nice. She and her husband, Maximilian Legend, built the infrastructure.

A long, 20-minute cycle chair is at Purple Rose Jewelry & Fashion (SLurl) with a cameo as the usual prize. I think this is the store with the earrings that "announce" what they are and where they are from whenever the avie wearing them arrives from teleport.

Pokin' around I found another jewelry store (SLurl) with a Lucky Chair but I didn't investigate Low-Prim High-Style (SLurl) and (SLurl). Free bangles from still another jewelry store, OC Designs (SLurl). Snookreation (SLurl) is a unique store and has a Lucky Chair.

With all these chairs I'm not surprised there is a Lucky Chair vendor near the middle of the sim. Other vendors line the street in mini-shops so be sure to check them out, too.

Freebies from the Web

Ophelia's Gaze on New World Notes is usually just something I skim but this post caught my eye. It names several places with what appear to be some really excellent fashion freebs from hair to shoes. Check it out. I have the sculpted Painter Shoes from Shiny Things as mentioned in the article. Another pic has reminded me that I still need to make a Pris skin for my avie. Call me nuts, but I like the look.
